Adopted from the video game of the same name, SILENT HILL features Radha Mitchell (PITCH BLACK). She plays Rose Da Silva, a young mother whose adopted daughter Sharon talks about Silent Hill, the West Virginia mining town while she sleepwalks. Rose then takes Sharon there to try to find out why it haunts her dreams. but Silent Hill has been a deserted town since a series of underground coal fires 30 years ago (in 1974) The remaining residents turn out to be pretty nightmarish, having formed a medieval like cult -- evil being the operative word...
