A young woman (KATE HUDSON) is hired to take care of an invalid at an old house in New Orleans but soon discovers rather morbid goings on involving the invalid"s wife and past (long deceased) occupants of the house. These are centred around a group of Voodoo practitioners and she has to battle against their evil curses.
